Risk Management and Compliance

Risk and Responsibility

In our safety first working culture, we continue to strive for a ‘zero-harm’ working environment.

A key role of our managers and supervisors is to ensure the minimisation and management of risks within IFS’ operations. In order to achieve this, our managers maintain up-to-date knowledge and information by attending industrial training courses on risk management and occupational health and safety including relevant legislation, codes of practice, industry standards, research and development in order to identify key risk issues and develop appropriate policies, systems, and programs to prevent injury and ill-health to staff, clients and visitors. As part of our site induction and handover, IFS conducts a complete risk assessment on the property and a Safe Work Assessment for each task to be conducted within the scope of works.

Our most important resources being our people and our clients, IFS’ aim remains at the forefront of service quality, accountability and responsibility, hence keeping everyone safe is our number one priority and focus.

Our library of Policy and Procedure documentation is accessible to clients that engage our services so as to be able to provide transparency, peace of mind and a sense of assurance to our clients.
