IFS achieves greater levels of efficiency achieved through technology including iPhone, iPad / Tablet use, enabling real time ‘live’ access to information and instantaneous reporting.
IFS staff are trained as part of their company induction on the importance of intervention and as such, will report any potential hazards or safety issues to the appropriate client representative immediately even if they may not necessarily relate to our services. This includes any leaking taps, faulty locks, trip hazards, security breaches, suspicious activity etc. This is encouraged and reinforced through our Employee Reward Program which rewards staff for interventions.
