FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICES

EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

IFS event management services allow the specifics of each event to be identified and facilitated leaving a lasting impression on all guests. By working with clients on their specific requirements, IFS is able to conceptualise and bring to life a variety of requirements including the logistic and set-up, catering and cleaning. By providing an in house Events Manager, no event is too big or small.

IFS can also provide sample function brochures which include function menu ideas for morning and afternoon teas, cocktail functions, working lunches, buffets and formal dinners. Costings for all functions will be provided prior to the function once menu, numbers and labour requirements are finalised.  To ensure that food and service delivery is of optimum standards.

BASE BUILDING RELATED SERVICES

IFS develops Parking Management Plans as a strategy to manage parking demand by identifying users of a parking area (i.e. staff, tenants, customers, deliveries) and planning for their respective parking needs – both prior to users attending site and also reviewed prior to events and functions. IFS parking management includes Cyclists and bicycles.

BACK OF HOUSE (TENANCY) SERVICES

IFS operates a multi-system process for the monitoring of back of house services.

All IFS staff log-in and log-out information is saved on a centralised data base, which is available to the client, enabling full transparency of actual time spent on sites. Moreover, IFS provides portal access to the client’s nominated representative/s to be able to view photographic identification of each staff person servicing any particular area as a way of assuring standards, transparency and security of service delivery
